The project “Residenze artistiche in Valle Verzasca” invites professional photographers to develop a series of images with total artistic freedom while staying in the Verzasca Valley.

The photographers, selected through their previous works, accept the challenge of plunging into a reality that is either in part or completely new to them and work on a personal project.

The project provides an opportunity for cultural and artistic exchange between our guest photographers and both local artists and population.

The diverse research and visual outputs emerging from the residences strive to portray contemporary interpretations and representations of the Verzasca Valley.
